Heinichen: Dresden Concerti (Musica Antiqua Koeln / Reinhard Goebel)

Marionas: The Guitar Music of Francisco Guerau (Gordon Ferries / Baroque guitar)

Story of US Part 3 (Chinese)

Story of US Part 2 (Chinese)

Telemann: Darmstadt Overtures (Concentus Musicus Wien / Harnoncourt)

Chedeville (Chédeville): Pieces for musette/hurdy-gurdy and figured bass op.9 (Robert Mandel + Ensemble Le Berger Fortune)

John Jenkins: Fantasias & Airs (The Locke Consort)

Muffat: Armonico Tributo (Ensemble 415 / Chiara Banchini)

Ticket: case dismissed! (English)
Anyways, here's the English version of what I just posted here, if it's worth anything.
Basically last November, I got a traffic ticket for running a stop sign. It was close to midnight, two blocks away from where I live, and there were literally no pedestrians in sight. And as almost every Californian would do, I pulled the running California stop. Of course, I noticed a car some distance behind me. And of course, he just had to be a cop.

Salomone Rossi: Madrigaletti Op.13 + Six Madrigals for single voice and theorbo

Roman: Drottningholmsmusiken (Drottningholm Baroque Ensemble / Nils-Erik Sparf)

RIP Leonhardt (1928 – 2012)
Master harpsichordist Gustav Leonhardt has passed away 1/16/2012. Arguably the most influential harpsichordist in the 20th century, maestro Leonhardt was a proponent of the period performances of early music. 80% of today's harpsichordists have either studied with him or studied with his students. I have also been fortunate to be in this line of music lineage. It is sad that the world has lost someone as great as he. An article in New York Times about him can be found here.

Xmas and New Year's (2011-2012)
Was at my wife's place for most of the winter break, but for the holidays we decided to make a road trip down to Florida.
